Contract Details
- Contract Type: Temporary (3-6 months), potential to extend depending upon performance.

- Compensation: £12.21 - £18.30 per hour depending upon experience
Job Description
Our client are expanding rapidly into the UK and are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Assistant / Recruitment Officer to support their next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of three years' experience recruiting across IT and Marketing/Sales functions, who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
You will play a key role in strengthening their talent pipeline, supporting end‑to‑end recruitment activity, and ensuring they continue to attract the high‑caliber candidates needed to scale their digital, commercial, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including posting job ads and screening CVs
- Schedule interviews and interview candidates online
- Assisting with online interviews and assessments
- Supporting Branding campaigns and managing internal & external agencies
- Providing Heat Maps and be metric and data driven
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination
- Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring workflows
- Conduct initial outreach and communications with potential candidates and new suppliers
- Provide general support to the HR and talent acquisition team as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, and administrative support
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and remote collaboration tools
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and professional
- Business-minded. Ideally has worked in an Agile environment
- A dynamic ability to change deliverables as the business requires
- Must have own equipment. High speed ISP and Laptop with MS suite
