We are seeking a Plumbing and Heating Engineer who will be homeâbased and go to callâouts on a daily basis. The general hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am â 5:30pm, although additional hours can be required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out remedial and reactive works on behalf of our maintenance client on a daily basis.
- Deal with project works, including heating and domestic service installations.
- Be proficient in all aspects of plumbing, including screwed pipework fitting.
- Faultâfind, diagnose issues, and report on what needs to be rectified.
- Work either alone or as part of a twoâman team.
- Use the Asset Pro live reporting system to ensure all jobs meet SLA terms and are reported.
- Make recommendations where required.
- Gain from callâouts every four weeks to cover all reactive faults.
- Attend Health and Safety training.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- City and Guilds or NVQ level qualifications postâapprenticeship.
- Gas Safe registration preferred.
