We are currently looking to recruit a Fleet Maintenance Administrator on a Full‐Time basis.
Hours of work: 9am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: £12.50ph
Job type: Temp role which may lead to long‐term work but will be reviewed weekly, as will depend on suitability to the role, workload.
Own transport required due to location.
Duties include:
- Parts ordering, chasing, checking packing slips & issuing PO's.
- Managing maintenance schedules.
- Fleet documentation: logbooks, certification, vehicle files and up‐to‐date records.
- Fleet check – managing and recording vehicle defects and reports, allocating purchase invoices to jobs.
- Liaising with the fitter on repairs and parts, chasing for reports and progress.
- Processing vehicle tax and penalty charge notices.
- Fuel receipts processing.
- Purchase ledger: post all maintenance and service purchase invoices to Sage, approving them for payment.
- Sage 50 experience.
- Hire Desk Ad Hoc: providing telephone cover, taking enquiries, adding, moving and removing bookings.
- Replying to emails.
