Responsibilities include:
- Arranging and booking slots with retail partners.
- Booking vehicle couriers.
- Supporting all supply chain procedures.
- Coordinating deliveries and managing shipping documentation and data entry.
- Raising investigations regarding missed deliveries.
- Creating inbound orders on D365 and WMS systems.
- Accurately completing records as needed.
- Updating and communicating with drivers, couriers, warehouse teams, and management regarding delivery status.
- Supporting warehouse operations, including picking and packing during quieter periods.
- Understanding of courier and freight processes.
Role is based on a 40 hour working week Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 5.30pm.
