Berry Recruitment (Darlington Branch) is currently looking to register agency cleaners and kitchen assistants for temporary roles within schools in Leeds and surrounding areas. These roles are flexible and suitable for candidates seeking to supplement their hours or looking for part-time work.
Typical working hours are between 9:30 am – 1:30 pm or 11:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties include:
- Hoovering and mopping floors
- Cleaning toilets
- Cleaning classrooms and staff rooms
- Emptying bins
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Sanitising touch points like door handles and light switches
- Sanitising desk areas
- Prepping food
- Washing pots
Previous cleaning or kitchen experience is preferred. A driving licence and own transport are also preferred but not essential.
The hourly rate is £12.21, paid weekly through Berry Recruitment.
Candidates must have a current Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (£13/year) or be willing to pay £59.50 for processing a new DBS check.
