A well established recycling company based in Sittingbourne is looking to add on a permanent basis an experienced Team Leader to its team.

Role Overview

  • You will lead a small team managing them in all aspects of the job to ensure production and efficiency targets are met, as well as adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring safe work practices.
  • Ensuring production targets are met
  • Collaborate with your team, leading by example
  • Manage safe working practices and quality control
  • Ensure effectiveness of workforce by mentoring and inducting new operatives.

What You will Need

  • Previous experience of leading a team
  • Proven ability in achieving production targets
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Excel)
  • Have forklift licence or willing to learn
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations ideally in the waste industry

Shift Pattern: 4 on and 5 off (Sunday non work day)

  • 2 days: 06:00 to 18:00
  • 2 days: 18:00 to 06:00

Pay Rate: 16.80 PH.
