Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Street Cleansing/Driver Operative to work for our client based in the Derby area. This is an ongoing temporary role.
Duties will include:
- To undertake street cleansing activities including sweeping, litter picking and removing full bags and depositing at pre-arranged collection points.
- Ensuring a high quality service.
- Ensuring that work carried out does not obstruct companies, shop fronts or obstruct pedestrians.
- Report any suspicious packages immediately to Supervisor.
- Forward any complaints from members of the public to the Supervisor.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and ensure all work is carried out safely.
- You must carry out daily checks of the vehicle.
- Complete driver's log.
- Complete day's work sheets.
Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm. Immediate starts. £13.26 per hour.
