HGV Class 2 Driver

We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 HGV driver based in the Watford area on a permanent basis.\\nThe main responsibilities for this role are:\\n* Loading of vehicles at the depot whilst following all H&S guidelines and operational procedures\\n* The safe delivery of Products.\\n* Ensuring all vehicle daily walk around safety checks are completed to the highest standard\\n* Ensuring all paperwork relating to the loading and unloading is filled in correctly\\n* Ability to work to all written procedures and guidelines, WTD and drivers' hours regulations\\n\\nKey Skills need for this role are:\\n* Good attention to detail\\n* Excellent communication skills\\n* Good knowledge of our delivery area (Approx 1hr radius of Watford)\\n* Friendly and polite manner\\n* Availability to work alternate Saturday mornings during the winter months is essential. This is paid at the overtime rate of £25.49 p/h\\n\\nRequirements:\\n* Class 2 / Cat C HGV Licence\\n* Valid DCPC Card\\n* Valid Digital Tacho Card\\n* Multi drop experience\\n* Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience\\n\\nA basic salary of £37,876 for a 40-hour week (£18.21p/h) is on offer for this position with plenty of scope for overtime (paid at £25.49 p/h), including Saturday mornings, particularly in the busier winter months.
