Our client, a National Logistics distributor, is looking for a reliable Class 1 driver for tramping work. This role is Monday to Friday with good rates of pay and a night out allowance.
You must be able to work professionally, have strong time management skills, good knowledge of EU working time regulations, and a commitment to great customer service and safe, efficient driving.
You will need:
- Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence
- Driver CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph card
You will be:
- Delivering palletised goods to warehouses and RDCs
- Strapping and securing the load, with occasional tipping through the use of a manual pallet truck
- Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Driver's Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules, and vehicle regulations.
