My Client is looking for an experienced catering butcher required for a well-established busy catering butchers in Sussex with a large turnover. An excellent package will be offered to the ideal candidate who must be able to fulfil at least the below criteria:
- Work on their own initiative
- Good team player
- A high level of presentation on all levels both business and personal
- Have experience, minimum 2 years of catering or retail butchery, including competent knife skills
- Good communication skills and a full understanding of the English language and butchery terms
- Previous experience of working in a busy, fast-paced team environment
- Understanding food standards and having a food hygiene certificate, level 2
- Always aiming to achieve high standards of butchery
- Have knowledge of and able to adhere to all Health & Safety regulations
- Good time management skills
- Ensure that good cleanliness and hygiene are always maintained
Hours: 5AM - 3PM, 5 days a week including Saturdays with a day off in the week.
Salary from £35,000.00
