Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a Recruitment Administration Assistant to join our busy and successful Harlow branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to develop a career within recruitment and administration.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring candidates and clients receive an outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering new candidates using Tempflow
  • Ensuring all candidate compliance documentation is completed and maintained accurately on the database
  • Screening candidates and sourcing new applicants through job boards, social media platforms and branch walk-ins
  • Reviewing applications and registrations to identify suitable candidates for vacancies
  • Processing weekly payroll for temporary workers
  • Setting up new starters and completing onboarding administration
  • Assisting with client servicing and providing candidate support during periods of annual leave and staff absence
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the branch

What We're Looking For

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Previous administration, customer service or recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  • A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
