Berry Recruitment are looking for a Business Support Administrator to work for a local authority. This will be based at the Lymington depot but you may sometimes be required to work at the Hardley depot when needed. Hybrid working is also negotiable. This is to start ASAP as an ongoing contract.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 3.30pm with a half hour break. Hourly pay rate: £14.03.

Working in a team of administrators, the main purpose is to provide support to the operations team and managers.

Main Duties:
  • Monitoring the email inbox and responding to queries
  • Answering calls and dealing with queries
  • Providing admin support to the business support service
  • Maintaining holiday and sickness records, ensuring they are correct and up to date
  • Maintaining different databases
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong administration experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office including Teams
