A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group HR Manager to lead the HR function across a multi-brand organisation based in Cornwall. This strategic and hands-on role supports over 300 employees and involves managing a small HR team while partnering closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the HR team
Drive HR strategy and support business goals
Oversee employee relations, recruitment, and on boarding
Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
Champion learning, development, and performance management
Manage compensation, benefits, and engagement initiatives What We\'re Looking For:
Proven skills in a senior HR role
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
Excellent communication and leadership skills
CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
Experience in managing HR operations across multiple sites or brands
We\'re after someone who\'s as comfortable diving into day-to-day operations as they are sitting at the table with senior leaders to shape strategy!
This is a broad and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys shaping culture and people strategy.
In return the company are offering:
Salary - £48,000 to £52,000 per annum
4 or 5 days a week - Hybrid Role
3 days office / 2 days working from home
