We are looking for a an HR and Recruitment Manager on a part time basis for our client in the Elstree/Borehamwood area.
Hours are based on 15 hours per week paying up to £32000, or up to £38400 for 18 hours (based on a full time salary of £80000).
You will take ownership of the full HR and recruitment function.
You will be at least CIPD level 5 qualified and want to work on a part time basis.
The majority of the time you will be recruiting, managing the end to end process.
Working closely with senior management to support.
You will develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
This is a standalone position so you will take ownership of all HR operational and administrative tasks.
Payroll is outsourced so you will only liaise with the team to ensure it runs smoothly.
The business has a low employee turnover and is an incredibly supportive and friendly workplace.
