Berry Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established supermarket chain for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join an ongoing contract. Immediate starts are available. This is an excellent opportunity to secure regular work with a leading retailer, offering competitive pay rates and consistent shifts. Our client operates a busy nationwide operation and is looking for both day and night drivers.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good geographical knowledge and ability to use your own maps/navigation
- No more than minor penalty points on your licence (e.g. SP speeding offences only), in line with our client's insurance requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, as you will be dealing with high-profile clients and members of the public on a daily basis
- Good written and spoken English
