Requirements:
- Must be available to start by 9th January 2026
- Hold a valid Enhanced DBS (including Child Barred List check)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, manage enquiries, and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and liaise with staff and external agencies
- Send and respond to emails, make outbound calls as required
- Maintain accurate filing of confidential documents and records
- Photocopy, laminate, and prepare multiple copies of documents
- Assist with admissions paperwork and general administrative tasks
