Berry Recruitment have an opportunity for a Customer Service Support to join a local authority based in central Southampton. This is a temporary ongoing role which may lead to permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. There is opportunity for hybrid working once fully trained. Hourly pay rate: £13.26.
This role is to provide high quality customer service and administration support.
Main Duties:- Take incoming calls, emails and letters from residents and customers
- Log all details onto computer systems and databases
- Record keeping with high attention to detail
- Provide updates to customers and try to resolve queries as quickly as possible
- Help with financial tasks including taking payments, recharging, processing orders and setting up payments
Full training will be given.
Candidate Requirements:- Customer service experience is essential
- Call centre experience desirable
- Computer literate including Microsoft
- Attention to detail
- Working in a fast paced environment
