Berry Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Welwyn Garden City to join a team of five.

You will process customer orders, manage inquiries, and resolve delivery and service issues, supporting the sales team to keep customer accounts on track and contribute to business objectives.

The role requires a strong communicator with good Word and Excel skills, an upbeat and professional demeanor, and meticulous attention to detail when inputting orders.

Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
