In this role, you\βll support our Customer Delivery and Installation Drivers with the safe delivery, installation, and collection of a wide range of electrical products, including white goods, televisions, and cookers. You\βll be the friendly face our customers meet, making a lasting impression with your professionalism, care, and commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver, install, and demonstrate white goods, televisions, and cookers in customers\β homes.
Engage with customers to ensure a smooth, informative, and high-quality delivery and installation experience.
Maintain regular communication with your site team to adapt to delivery changes and escalate any unplanned issues.
Use handheld devices (Savvy) to complete visits and collect customer signatures.
Liaise with manufacturers at point of delivery if required.
Safely handle all products and support your team in doing the same.
Manage the physical demands of the role, including lifting and securing products using straps and sack barrows.
Follow company procedures, health and safety policies, and site-specific guidelines.
Deliver and collect tote boxes and products from our retail stores.
Represent the company as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and delivering exceptional service.
Required Skills & Experience:
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Strong verbal communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to ensure team success.
Safe handling of equipment and products, following manual handling and health & safety guidelines.
Proactive approach to learning and personal development.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications:
No formal qualifications required β we provide full training.
A Basic DBS Certificate is required for this role.
