A large, multi-site organisation in Cornwall is urgently seeking an Interim Health impact role requiring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to rapidly assess, stabilise and improve statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance baseline review - audit existing health risk issues, maintain risk registers, escalate concerns
- Regulatory compliance oversight - fire safety, asbestos, legionella, electrical, gas, lifting equipment, radon, contractor management
- High risk issue management - lead investigations, develop mitigation plans, implement controls, track remedial actions
- Contractor coordination - specify inspections, coordinate specialists, verify certification, maintain audit trails
