We are looking for a number of Collection Account Managers to join a friendly team in the heart of Truro to work with some new Commercial Clients! Join a company with great earning potential!
You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to provide customer service over the phone ensuring professionalism at all times. On a day to day basis you will be contacting customers that have fallen into arrears with their clients to collect payments over the phone and working with them to negotiate repayment plans.
You must be able to remain calm, focused and professional under pressure. Telephone experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given as this company champions employee progression.
- £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission
- 37.5 hrs per week + 1 in 4 Saturdays
