A respected and forward thinking accountancy practice in Cornwall is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their friendly, supportive team. This is a key role working closely with the Accounting team to deliver accurate bookkeeping, VAT processing, and high quality client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments, invoices
- Using modern, cloud based systems including: Xero (essential), DEXT, TaxCalc, and other bookkeeping and accountancy platforms
What We’re Looking For
- AAT qualified Bookkeeper
- Preferably from an accountancy practice but not essential
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping processes and VAT
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self motivated, organised and detail focused
- Confident communicating with clients and HMRC
