We have a fantastic Logistics Operator opportunity based in Penryn available for an immediate start. This role is being offered on a temp to perm basis. A driving license is essential for this role as you will be transporting stock across multiple sites. If you have a forklift license this would be a bonus but not essential.

This role offers excellent hours and a great work-life balance:

  • Mon-Wed: 6am-4pm
  • Thursday: 6am-3.45pm
  • Friday: Day off!

Pay: £13 per hour, paid weekly

Contract: Temp to perm

We're looking for someone with skills and knowledge in logistics, stock control, or a similar environment. Strong administration skills are also important, as you'll be using the Navision ERP system, and good communication and accuracy are key when working with internal teams.

About the Role

You’ll be part of a busy logistics team, responsible for:

  • Processing inventory transactions and picking raw materials
  • Managing goods in, dispatch, cycle counting, and stock accuracy
  • Transporting stock between sites and organising stockrooms
  • Supporting production areas by picking and delivering components
  • Maintaining accurate records and scanning documentation
  • Working safely and reporting any near misses or incidents
  • Collaborating with production, planning, and quality teams
  • Assisting with process improvements and project activities
  • Adapting to changing schedules and business needs
  • Upholding the core values of the company

This is a varied role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a team and keeping operations running smoothly. In return, the company is offering an hourly rate of £13 per hour, holiday pay which will be paid weekly initially, Hive benefits/perks, and great working hours for that work-life balance - Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.
