The Role
Join our experienced Bodyshop team and play a key role in preparing vehicles to the highest standards for our customers. You'll work under the guidance of the Supervisor and Bodyshop Manager, ensuring quality and efficiency in every task.
Responsibilities
- Masking and outlining vehicle panels in preparation for paint spraying
- Working on a range of vehicles from small family cars to light commercial vehicles
- Supporting the bodyshop team within other departments when required
- Planning and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain workshop efficiency
- Assisting with training new staff when needed
Skills & Expertise
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician / Masker
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to support junior technicians and share expertise
- Passion for the motor industry and pride in delivering work to the highest standards
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when required
- Excellent attention to detail
