Berry Recruitment Darlington are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join a team for a long-term booking at a location in Masham. This is an ongoing role that requires both lunch and dinner services, with a flexible schedule. The position is available immediately, and we are looking for someone who can commit to the outlined working hours.
Working Hours- Example of shifts below-
- Wednesday: Lunch only (10am – 2.30pm)
- Sunday: Lunch only (10am – 2.30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage kitchen operations during lunch and dinner service.
- Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
- Manage kitchen staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver menus that meet quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen functionality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.

Pay Rate:
