Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to work for our client based in the Cannock area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about learning new skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This position is permanent for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with the setup and operation of machinery.
- Learning to operate production equipment.
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
- Supporting the production team to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided.
Shift patterns: Sunday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am with half an hours lunch and two 15 minute breaks.
Salary: £944.00 to £1034.00 per week, includes overtime and shift allowance.
