Call Centre Customer Service Advisor Required

Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm
You will be working on digital systems, which could involve working on the following platforms
Zendesk
Shopify
Chat Box
You will also need knowledge on working on Warehouse management systems People Vox
Dealing and replying to instagram direct messages
Sorting issues with deliveries, wrong or damaged items received.
Achieving KPI\’s on daily completion of customer emails and messages.
