Berry Recruitment Cornwall are currently looking for a Branch Administrator/Resourcer on a permanent full-time basis to support our friendly team in Truro. We are seeking someone who is confident, chatty and enthusiastic to support our Branch and Consultants with Office Administration and Resourcing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised with administration keeping the office running smoothly as well as supporting the consultants with recruitment which in return will lead to a monthly bonus.

Exciting times are ahead as you will be part of a transition to a new Technology led database and Recruitment App putting us at the forefront of our industry. As an Office Administrator no day will ever be the same but your typical week will consist of the following:

  • Meeting and greeting candidates applying for vacancies
  • Handling incoming telephone enquiries, message taking
  • Monitoring the Branch Inbox
  • Support the Business Delivery Teams in sourcing weekly timesheets
  • Responsible for setting up payroll
  • Entering details onto Recruitment database
  • Managing online job boards and adding vacancies
  • Updating Social media pages
  • Resourcing CV’s for Recruitment Consultants (covering all sectors)
  • Filling National Account roles leading to monthly commission
  • Compliance
  • Generating Sales Leads for consultants

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent IT Skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
  • Communication Skills
  • Multi-Tasking
  • Team Player (apart from when we play Bowls!)

There will be performance related incentives! £50 bonus for assisting a consultant with a successful perm placement.
