Our client in the Borehamwood area is looking for a competent Sales Order Processing Administrator to join their busy team. You will come from a sales administration or sales support background working within this fast-paced environment. You must be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, have experience engaging with customers over the phone, and thrive in this dynamic and varied role.
The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You will work as part of a busy Sales Operations team, supporting a range of activities including (but not limited to) the preparation of quotations, order processing, handling customer enquiries via phone and email, coordinating dispatch, and generating reports.
You will have good Microsoft skills including Word and Excel and be confident in creating your own correspondence.
