We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run business, who are seeking a reliable and methodical Warehouse Operative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and hardworking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily picking and packing, including retrieving stock from automated picking machines and pallet racking.
- Completing general warehouse duties such as stock taking, goods-in booking, pallet logging, machine/racking replenishment, cardboard shredding, and box making.
- Ensuring accuracy by following procedures and instructions to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across all warehouse areas.
- Communicating effectively with the Warehouse team regarding customer orders.
About You
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Professional attitude and understanding of the responsibility within the role.
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Ideally hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
