Berry Recruitment is hiring a self‑motivated and experienced Administrator to work for our client in Didcot on a permanent, part‑time basis.
Location: Didcot, Office based
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Hours: 20 – 25 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering doors and dealing with visitors and contractors who attend the site in a professional manner.
- Booking building maintenance and other contractors.
- Manage credit card expenses.
- Maintain notice boards, including updating the customer feedback board.
- Looking after accounts and admin inboxes.
- Processing invoices.
- Processing purchase orders.
- Managing key supplier database.
- General office administration, stationary ordering.
- Opening and responding to correspondence, via email and through the post.
- Supporting any other duties which the post holder might reasonably be required to carry out.
- First Aider and Fire Warden duties.
- Support with the Integrated Management System.
About You:
- Able to organise and manage own work portfolio.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner essential.
- Self‑motivated.
- Strong customer focus, a desire to establish and maintain high‑quality customer relationships.
