We are recruiting for a 7.5T Customer Delivery & Installation Driver to join a busy delivery team.

You will be responsible for delivering, installing, demonstrating, and collecting household electrical products while providing a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and install household electrical products, including appliances and televisions.

Demonstrate products to customers where required.

Complete delivery documentation using handheld devices.

Load, secure, and handle products safely.

Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain vehicle safety.

Follow all driving, transport, health & safety, and company procedures.

Communicate effectively with customers and operational teams.

Support colleagues and contribute to the efficient running of the delivery operation.

Requirements

A Full UK/EU C1 driving license (with a maximum of 6 penalty point), or meet criteria to work towards license Valid CPC qualification.

Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

Previous delivery driving or customer-facing experience.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of safe manual handling practices.

Physical Requirements

This position involves the movement, lifting, carrying, and installation of large household products.

Appropriate equipment and training can be provided.

Reasonable adjustments will be considered where appropriate.

Additional Information

As this role involves entering customers' homes, applicants must be willing to undergo a Basic DBS check. Support will be provided to obtain this if required.
