We are seeking a Design & Contracts Coordinator (Applied Products) working with chillers/heat pumps for commercial use. This role will be based in Hemel Hempstead offices with a hybrid working schedule of four days in the office and one day remote.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pre‑sales enquiries and working with the client to produce technical specification schedules.
- Keeping the client informed of progress and verifying design specification, design compliance, quotation and client order accuracy on all applied product projects.
- Developing and maintaining close working relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure an efficient and effective service between the business and the clients.
- Actively participating in regular staff meetings, communicating notable sales achievements and market problems, and discussing more profitable sources for procurement or possible communication to Management.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of hydronic systems, components and controls.
- Market awareness of chillers, heat pumps and applied products.
- Computer literacy, a valid driving licence and own car.
Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 16:00 (1/2 hour lunch) – 39 hours per week.
Compensation: Salary of up to £50,000 per annum, plus car allowance and bonus, and the opportunity to work from home one day per week.
