We require a Grounds Maintenance Operative in CM22
Carry out regular grounds maintenance duties (grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting,
weed control, litter picking etc)
- Work autonomously, planning your own day and your own schedule based on client
- requirements and feedback from management.
- Maintain site presentation and take pride in your work.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas requiring attention or repair.
- Use hand tools for detailed gardening and horticultural work.
- Perform general maintenance duties including cleaning and maintaining your
- equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Ensure all work areas are kept tidy and hazards are minimised.
