My client are seeking an outdoors person with their own vehicle to work across 3 sites in Hertfordshire to manage maintenance for three separate sites and associated buildings. You will have a working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, decorating and gardening to enable ad hoc jobs and projects to be completed at these sites. You will also hold an Enhanced DBS and be over 25 to be insured by the client. Ideally you will have worked in the role previously, but we would also consider an amateur with confidence to undertake the role!
The role is for 3 months part time, 3 to 4 days a week with standard working hours. You will be friendly, hard working, professional and a good all rounder with practical skills and able to tackle new things using common sense.
