We are looking for experienced Hotel Receptionists & Concierges to join a luxury hotel in Ware on a flexible, ad hoc basis.
What we're looking for:
- Previous hotel reception or concierge experience
- Own transport required due to the hotel's location
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional and friendly approach
- Flexibility to work ad hoc shifts
Duties include:
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Concierge and guest assistance
- Booking management
- Telephone and email enquiries
- Delivering outstanding customer service
