Cleaner - Bishops Lydeard, near Taunton
Monday - Friday, 3 hours per day, evening work - after 5:30pm.
Pay: £13.45 per hour.
Location: Cleaning a GP Surgery, including communal areas, toilets, staff areas and GP rooms.
Must be based in Bishops Lydeard or be able to reliably commute to Bishops Lydeard.
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join our team in Bishops Lydeard near Taunton. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness at an assigned client site, following the required cleaning schedule and company procedures.
The successful candidates will take pride in their work, have good attention to detail and be comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean the assigned client site to the standards and requirements set out in the cleaning schedule.
- Complete all cleaning duties within the allocated time and accurately clock in and out using the company's time and attendance system.
- Check your work at the end of each shift to ensure all required tasks have been completed.
- Check the ServiceMaster communication log at the beginning of each shift and respond appropriately to any requests or messages from the client.
- Report any queries, issues or important information to the Area Manager or Head Office.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times, including wearing the company uniform and displaying your company ID badge.
- Use only the cleaning products and chemicals provided and ensure they are used safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and correct dosage levels.
- Maintain a high level of security awareness when working alone and take responsibility for the security of the premises while on site.
- Take responsibility for any keys issued to you and ensure they are kept secure at all times.
- Submit stock requests to Head Office when requested by your Area Manager or Head Office.
