We are seeking a Freight Forwarding Coordinator who has strong working knowledge of customs clearance paperwork and is used to dealing with customers and suppliers.
Your day to day duties include
- Organising the movement of freight across Europe and the UK.
- Communicating accurately in written and verbal form complex instructions to both Customers and Suppliers.
- Negotiating with both Customers and Suppliers to achieve most cost-effective solution.
- Providing the highest standards of Customer service.
- Processing Customer orders through the company's own “in‑house” operating system with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Compiling customs documentation to facilitate shipment of our client’s freight into and from Europe.
- Building very strong relationships with our clients, principally through verbal engagement.
- Communicating with colleagues in different departments to ensure internal procedures are followed correctly.
Salary £40000pa.
