Our Client a Meat Wholesaler based in White Roding are looking for a Counter Balance Fork Lift Truck Driver.
Working Days Monday to Friday 07.00-15.00 Paying £14.00ph.
The site location is in a rural area, White Roding with very poor public transport links so own transport is essential.
The work will involve
- Using a counter balance to load and unload lorries and safely distribute produce to warehouse areas.
- Checking all delivery paperwork and meat temperatures.
- Rotating stock, completing stock checks and monitoring product dates.
- Keeping warehouse and goods-in areas clean and tidy
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Helping colleagues in other departments where required.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Forklift qualified
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Accurate when completing paperwork
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy chilled food warehouse environment
- Flexible and willing to turn their hand to different jobs
All PPE is provided as well as Food Safety training.
This is a Temp to Perm position.
