We are working with a respected and long-established client in Oxfordshire who is looking for a hands-on, practical Trainee Repair Technician to join their growing team. If you enjoy fixing things, working with tools, and want a stable career with proper training, this is a brilliant opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing ceiling track hoists, stair lifts and other mobility equipment
- Surveying properties and working with healthcare professionals to plan fittings
- Servicing, repairing, and testing equipment to keep it running safely
- Collecting and removing equipment from service users' homes
- Taking part in an out-of-hours call rota (with additional pay)
- Completing job sheets and using scanners to update documentation
- Looking after your van, stock levels and tools
- Reporting issues and communicating with supervisors when needed
About You:
You don't need to be fully qualified - just practical, willing to learn and confident with tools. We would love to hear from you if you have:
