Berry Recruitment are looking for a Class 1 Shunter Driver for a reputable company based in Mildenhall.
Due to the nature of the role, our client needs a minimum of 1 years' experience.
Pay: Weekly Pay - £20.00 an hour (Umbrella).
About the role:
Working for a reputable company in Mildenhall as a Day Shunter Driver; you will be transporting Windows and Doors. The hours will be Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 15:00. This will be from 25th November to 11th December.
You will also be expected to:
- Complete daily vehicle & trailer checks on the Company device
- Keep in regular contact with the transport team and provide updates on progress - usually one run but might be more than one required.
- Maintain the highest professional driving and legal standard
Requirements:
- UK Class 1 – Category CE
- 1 Years' Experience driving Class 1 vehicles
- Driving Licence
- Valid current CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible and self-motivated.
