We're looking for:
- Chef de Parties
- Sous Chefs

- Lead Chefs
Minimum 4 years' experience in professional kitchens
Strong fine dining background and excellent knife skills
Ability to adapt quickly in new, fast-paced environments
Experience in high-volume events (up to 500 covers)
Pay: £15-£16 per hour (varies by venue and role)
Shifts: Flexible - you choose when you work

- Valid Food Safety Level 2 & Allergen certificates
- NVQ Level 1-3 or equivalent experience
