The Junior Accounts Receivable Assistant will support the Accounts team in maintaining an efficient account's receivable function.
The role focuses on raising invoices, allocating receipts, assisting with credit control activities, and ensuring customer accounts are accurately maintained.

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
For the right candidate, there will also be an opportunity to study towards an AAT qualification to further develop their knowledge and skills.
Role: Junior Accounts Receivable Assistant
Key Responsibilities of the Junior Accounts Receivable Assistant
- Generate and process customer invoices.
- Import daily sales invoices and ensure all invoices are accurate, complete, and meet company and client requirements.
- Liaise with account managers and clients to obtain purchase orders and ensure invoices are approved promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and queries.
- Allocate daily cash receipts and assist with account reconciliations.
- Support month-end processes and wider finance reporting.
- Work closely with operational teams to improve the accuracy and efficiency of invoicing processes.
