We are currently looking for an EHCP Coordinator to join our team and work across St Vincent and Richard Taunton Sixth Form College in Southampton.
Location: St Vincent Richard Taunton Sixth Form College
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract: Term-time only - 39 weeks per year
Start: ASAP
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS including Child Barring issued within the last 3 months OR be registered on the DBS Update Service
- 2 satisfactory references
- Previous experience working in an education/college environment would be desirable
- A professional, reliable and positive approach
Manage the EHCP process for a caseload of students internally to the Trust to ensure that all aspects of this process are completed to deadlines, statutory guidance requirements and are of an excellent standard. Manage a caseload of students who have High Needs to ensure that all students Annual Review meetings are held in a timely manner and to an excellent standard. Ensure high quality approaches to the EHCP processes and associated documents and work closely with all members of staff who are involved in the process.
