Production Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our client's team in Milton Keynes.
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, and candidates must be available to work both of the following shifts:
- 5:30am to 1:30pm
- 1:00pm to 9:00pm
This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent after 3 months.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect customer parts.
- Prepare components for surface coating.
- Load batches safely for the coating process.
- Identify and report any damage or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Store components and documentation safely and securely.
- Comply with all health and safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Careful handling of materials and products.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude.
