Berry Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Moffett Drivers for a well established client in the King's Lynn and surrounding areas.

What you will be doing

  • Driving a Class 2 vehicle with a Moffett-mounted forklift
  • Delivering goods safely and on time to customers and sites
  • Operating the Moffett to load and unload materials
  • Securing loads correctly and carrying out vehicle safety checks
  • Completing delivery paperwork and using delivery systems where required
  • Liaising with customers and site teams on delivery
  • Ensuring goods are handled safely and professionally
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle
  • Following all company, site and health & safety procedures
  • Representing the company professionally at customer sites

Requirements

  • Valid
  • Class 2 (HGV) licence
  • Valid
  • Moffett/Truck-Mounted Forklift licence and relevant experience
  • Previous experience driving Class 2 vehicles
  • Good knowledge of road safety and transport regulations
  • Safe and confident operating a Moffett in various locations
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual and professional approach
  • Physically fit and comfortable with loading/unloading duties
  • Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
  • Digital Tachograph and CPC qualifications up to date
  • Less than 6 points on your licence
