Berry Recruitment is seeking hard-working, reliable and organised Production Line Operatives to join our client based in Headcorn, on the outskirts of Maidstone. These are long-term, ongoing roles with genuine opportunities for permanent contracts and internal progression.
What you'll be doing:
- Boxing bottles on a conveyor belt and placing them into cases
- Stacking completed boxes onto pallets
- Sorting and checking fruit for quality
- Filling and sealing bags with product
- Manually loading machines with fruit, plastic bottles and other materials
- Cutting strips and de-folding/collapsing cardboard bin covers
These tasks require good attention to detail, a steady work pace and the ability to work as part of a team.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 7am-3pm
- 3pm-11pm (Rotating weekly)
Pay rates: £12.71 per hour
