A role has arisen for a Solicitor to join our Commercial Property Department in our friendly, motivated, and forward-thinking firm.
The department deals with a range of commercial property work to include leases of industrial units, offices, shops, restaurants etc, acting for landlords and tenants.
Option agreements and development matters, freehold and leasehold commercial property sales and purchases, commercial re-mortgage and re-financing.
On offer is a competitive salary in line with your experience, a company bonus scheme and the potential for flexible and hybrid working.
- The Candidate
- Experienced Solicitor - minimum 3 years' PQE
- Experience to deal with complex cases and help build the Commercial Property team and attract new work
- Commercially astute and technically strong
- Practical skills in communication, organisation and client relations
