Berry Recruitment are currently looking for an Office Administrator to work on a long-term basis for a busy and successful manufacturing client based in King's Lynn, within the Sales department.
The rewards are £30,000 per annum. This is a temporary ongoing position with the potential to become permanent. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, Friday 8:00am–1:00pm.
The role of an Office Administrator includes:
- Supporting the Sales department by answering commercial enquiries and liaising with internal and external departments as appropriate.
- Processing orders, quotations and associated documentation accurately and to deadline.
- Overseeing the product database and maintaining accurate records throughout.
- Supporting the marketing team with social media and LinkedIn activity.
The ideal Office Administrator candidate will have:
- Previous relevant experience in an office administration or sales support role.
- Experience with JDE or ERP software is desirable.
- Confidence in managing customer enquiries of a commercial nature.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
