The role of Customer Relationship Administrator - Fixed Term Contract

  • Processing customer orders via email and phone, ensuring they are entered accurately on the ERP system and meeting KPI targets.
  • Providing sales support to Customer Relationship Executives (CREs).
  • Supporting CREs in the creation of customer quotations and logging as opportunities within the company's CRM database.
  • Managing team mailboxes and assigning emails to the relevant team members.
  • Providing excellent customer service support via phone and email.
  • Providing resolutions to customers where necessary, within agreed timescales, recording all contact and outcomes in CRM.
  • Understanding and applying Export Control regulations and maintaining awareness of regulatory developments to ensure compliance.
  • Updating the ERP and CRM systems as required to assist the smooth running of the department.
